Quentara Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the My Digital BFF platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account and Access
Access to the Service is currently available through our beta program and is granted by invitation or approval. You authenticate using Google or Facebook OAuth and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for your own legitimate business analytics purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data, insights, or recommendations provided by the Service
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
4. Data and Integrations
By connecting third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Meta, or Google), you authorize us to access your analytics data through the OAuth scopes you approve during the connection process.
You may disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings. All data collection, storage, and handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and generated recommendations, is the intellectual property of Quentara Labs. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Your store data and business information remain your property. We claim no ownership over the data you provide or connect through the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Strategic recommendations and insights provided by the Service are informational only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quentara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to revoke beta access at our discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion following termination are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
